Dr. Ton is a highly skilled and compassionate Interventional Radiologist specializing in minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. With a passion for precision and patient care, Dr. Ton utilizes advanced imaging techniques, such as ultrasound, fluoroscopy and CT to guide procedures that offer quicker recovery times and less risk compared to traditional surgery.
Having completed extensive training in interventional radiology at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Ton brings a wealth of expertise in minimally invasive treatments including uterine fibroid embolization, prostatic artery embolization, and vertebral body augmentation. Dr. Ton’s practice also includes a wide array of procedures in the interventional pain and interventional oncologic space including cryoneurolysis, liver embolization, and tumor ablation with special interest in new ablative techniques, including histotripsy and pulsed electric field (PEF). As a leader in their field, Dr. Ton is committed to providing personalized care and exploring innovative solutions to improve patients’ quality of life.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ton stays at the forefront of medical advancements, regularly participating in research and continuing education. He believes in the importance of clear communication, ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their treatment decisions.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Ton enjoys visiting national parks and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops throughout Orange County with his wife and toddler.
